Former Vice President Joe Biden will join Connecticut Democrats Ned Lamont and Jahana Hayes for a campaign rally Friday.
Lamont is the party’s nominee for governor. Hayes is running for the 5th congressional District.
The rally will be held Friday afternoon at Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy.
