A fire destroyed a vacant building Wednesday night and damaged a neighboring duplex that was home to three families.
Investigators say the fire started at around 9 p.m. and displaced 15 people from their homes. The blaze melted siding off the home, forcing five adults and 10 children to flee.
There is no word yet on how the fire started. The Red Cross says that it's helping the families find housing, clothing and food.
