Police are searching for a suspect in connection with the fatal stabbing of a Bronx senior citizen inside his own Morris Heights apartment.
According to police, the 69-year-old was attacked at around 5 p.m. Tuesday at 1750 Davidson Ave., which is a community access building providing housing for low-income families, people with mental disabilities, or those who have been homeless or incarcerated.
Emergency officials say the man was pronounced dead at Bronx Lebanon Hospital with multiple stab wounds to his torso. His identity has not yet been released.
Police say they are looking for 52-year-old Charles Stevens, who also lives in the building, in connection with the stabbing.
