Firefighters responded to a barn fire in Litchfield Saturday.

The flames broke out on Maple Street.

Crews from Torrington, East Litchfield, Bantam and Goshen assisted with the response.

Officials say a large smoke cloud was visible when they arrived, and they found a truck on fire as well.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire isn't yet clear. But a severe thunderstorm warning had been issued for the area Saturday afternoon.
