Norwalk police pulled over multiple cars on Thursday after parents voiced their concerns about bus stop safety.
According to police, the law requires drivers to stop in both directions when school bus lights are flashing, even when there are multiple lanes.
Parents say that despite laws against driving past a school bus while the lights are flashing, many drivers do not stop.
"Every morning like clockwork the bus stops, the kids get on and I try my best to stop cars from running the school bus," parent Shavonne Williams says.
