The Fairfield woman charged with manslaughter following the death of a 4-month-old at her day care is due in court today.
Carol Cardillo is accused of giving Adam Seagull a lethal dose of an antihistamine found in popular over-the-counter drugs like Benadryl.
Court documents have shown that Cardillo had purchased 90 bottles of Benadryl over the past three-and-a-half years.
Investigators initially thought Adam died from SIDS.
Cardillo has pleaded not guilty to three separate charges.
