School officials have announced an early dismissal for five Norwalk schools due to the heat wave.

The affected schools are:

• Naramake Elementary School

• Rowayton Elementary School

• Tracey Magnet School

• West Rocks Middle School

• Wolfpit Integrated Arts School

These schools have limited air conditioning, prompting the early dismissal to ensure student safety.
