We've all heard of Elf on the Shelf – a Fairfield principal took this concept to a whole new level by surprising both students and staff with a little holiday joy.
Jennings Elementary School Principal Tony Vuolo climbed onto the roof to greet students as they arrived to school on Monday.
Vuolo was on the roof until the last late bus arrived to spread the joy of the season.
