Flooding has prompted delayed openings and closures at Bridgeport and Trumbull schools on Wednesday.
Bridgeport officials say all schools will have a two-hour delayed start.
The decision was made because several district buildings sustained flood damage.
Decisions about further delays or any closures at individual schools would be made Wednesday.
Trumbull High School will be closed Wednesday, while all other schools there will have a two-hour delay.
