Former workers at one Mount Kisco restaurant venue are speaking out after their wages were reportedly withheld.

"I would say roughly between—again this is just employees and the reps we owe, like flower reps, liquor reps, food reps...we probably roughly between $50,000 and $70,000, if I had to guess ballpark wise," said former general manager and bartender, Donald Mostrando.

Mostrando worked as a bartender and later the general manager at Goodhouse Social Club shortly after its opening last summer.

According to multiple former workers, payroll issues began around Jan. 14 when some staff members reportedly had checks bounce due to a lack of funds.

Monstrando claims he's owed around $6,000 to $7,000

Online communications sent to News 12 show Founder Michael Voron continually addressed the missing payments, pointing out there were other factors at play, but that he's working on getting the money back.

Though some workers claim it's been five months and only 50% of their owed money has been returned from Jan. 14 through Valentine's Day.

Daniel Sheehan, a former server, estimates he's owed $500.

"I just thought the whole way it was handled, not just not receiving the money, but the dishonesty towards that and putting people in that situation is unacceptable," said Sheehan.

News 12 contacted the New York State Department of Labor, which confirmed they have received wage theft-related complaints regarding the club, but that they are unable to comment any further.

According to the club's website, it is temporarily closed for food service but is open for private events.

Michael Voron and the restaurant were contacted for a comment.

News 12 is waiting to hear back.
