Family and friends gathered in New Haven today to say goodbye and celebrate the life of a beloved Bridgeport Public Schools volunteer.
Chauncey Shoulders, 26, was killed this week when his car stopped suddenly on I-95 in Milford and he was struck by the vehicle behind him.
Shoulders volunteered at Jettie S. Tisdale Elementary School, where his mother works as a guidance counselor.
Police are still investigating why Shoulders? car suddenly stopped.
