Jeb Bush came to Connecticut to fundraise for his campaign.
Several wealthy donors welcomed the GOP presidential candidate in both Greenwich and New Canaan Thursday.
Since June, Bush has reportedly raised nearly $1 million in Connecticut.
Documents filed Thursday show him with more than $10 million for the third quarter.
That puts him in second place behind Dr. Ben Carson for fundraising.
However, as front runner Donald Trump points out, Bush is lagging behind in the polls.
The latest CNN poll shows Trump with a big lead in Nevada and South Carolina with Bush barely making it in to the top five.
