Greenwich officials say they canceled the high school trip to Germany next month because of international security concerns.
Officials sent a letter to parents saying they called off the trip due to Germany's close proximity to recent terrorist attacks and travel alerts issued by the State Department.
They say they hope to resume school sponsored trips out of the country next year.
