The entire Greenwich Public School District celebrated "Be Honest Day" Thursday.
Faculty members at Western Middle School on Western Junior Highway say the day was dedicated to teaching students to be honest with themselves and their peers both now and in the future.
School officials say teaching honesty is a life lesson that cannot be taught enough. They say middle school students need these lessons the most.
Officials say they plan to schedule Be Honest Day again next year.
