Tenants living at a Highbridge apartment building are frustrated with the building's condition.
Residents at 1055 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. say there is mold, exposed wire and gaping holes there.
The building has 97 open violations, according to the city.
News 12 spoke to the super of the building, but he declined to comment. News 12's calls to Paradise Management, the building's landlord, were not returned.
