Restaurant Hospitality Magazine has named Garden Catering of Stamford's signature sandwich, "The Hotsy," the best breakfast sandwich in America.

The sandwich consists of bacon, eggs and and cheese with potato cones and chili. It was the recipe of Frank "Hotsy" Bertino, a longtime employee who died in 2012.

The Hotsy, which is normally $6, is $2 Tuesday at all eight locations.

Every dollar for each sandwich will be donated to a nonprofit that helps children of restaurant employees who are struggling during the pandemic.
