Norwalk police are investigating after they say a man shot a paintball gun out his house window.
Reymont Graterol says he had just purchased the paintball gun from Sports Authority, and wanted to see if it would work.
He says he fired two shots out the window and hit a fence, which caused paint to splatter on a neighbor walking by.
Police say they seized the paintball gun, which they will return later.
Graterol received a court summons for the incident.
