A Manchester woman is under arrest, accused of giving a THC‑infused cannabis gummy to a child, according to Westport police.
Police say the incident happened last year at Saint Vincent’s Behavioral Health. Thirty‑four‑year‑old Kimberly Champlin is charged with risk of injury to a child.
According to investigators Champlin was a visitor there.
They say she posted bond and is scheduled to appear in court on May 29.
