Milford children had the chance to do some trick-or-treating last night after two storms delayed Halloween in the city. Trick-or-treating was delayed twice since Oct. 31 due to downed wires and debris from Sandy and the nor'easter. The Town of Stratford says kids will trick-or-treat tonight.
