Residents in New Canaan and the surrounding community are leaving lit candles on their doorsteps for the safe return of a woman missing for over a week.
Neighbors on Gower and Douglas roads placed candles on their front steps and porches Monday night in the hope that Jennifer Dulos will return home safely to her five children.
There have been a number of prayer vigils at churches for the 50-year-old who went missing on Friday, May 24.
More candles were placed in front of Saint Aloysius Church.
Residents say they will continue to put out candles for Jennifer and her children every Monday until she is found.
The FBI searched for clues in Waveny Park where Dulos' 2017 black-colored Chevy Suburban was found the day she went missing.
Police searched the park extensively last week, and now FBI’s Evidence Response Team Unit is assisting.
New Canaan police are asking anyone with information on this case to call their tip line.
