State representatives from Norwalk and some of their challengers met Tuesday morning to debate the issues ahead of the upcoming election.
News 12 Connecticut's own Tom Appleby moderated a debate at the Norwalk Inn.
The event, which was sponsored by Altice and the Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce, gave residents and business owners a chance to express their concerns.
It covered several issues, from the state budget deficit to the construction of the new walk bridge in Norwalk for Metro-North.
The next debate is scheduled for Thursday between state Sen. Bob Duff and his Republican challenger Greg Ehlers.
Altice is the parent company of News 12 Connecticut.
