Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling was sworn in to his second term in office Tuesday afternoon.
In a ceremony at City Hall, Rilling spoke of the strides the city has made during the last two years and acknowledged the bipartisan support he's received from the city council.
"People throughout Fairfield County and Connecticut are talking about Norwalk and what we're becoming," Rilling said.
Rilling also spoke about his plans for the city, including school improvement, bringing more businesses to Norwalk and making it more affordable for residents.
