A Norwalk man was arraigned today on charges he stabbed a man earlier this month. Police arrested 28-year-old Keith Preston after they say he stabbed a man during a drug deal back on Sept. 6. He was arrested this past Friday and has been charged with first-degree assault.

Officers say the victim was bleeding from his head when he walked into headquarters to report the incident.
