Fire officials were on the scene Wednesday investigating a massive fire that ripped through a multi-million New Canaan home a day earlier.
Five fire companies with approximately 50 firefighters worked for nearly two hours Tuesday to put out the fast-moving flames. Fire officials say two people were home when the fire broke out. The fire marshal says it was difficult getting water to the area because there is no hydrant on Devonwood Lane.
The entire second floor of the five-bedroom home was destroyed.
