Today marks two weeks since a Stratford father says his world fell apart when his pregnant wife was rushed to the emergency room.
Luke Lohnes says his wife Brittany was 30 weeks pregnant when she was hospitalized with pneumonia.
"She was worried about the baby and I was in a panic because I was worried about both of them. That was a tough night," said Lohnes.
Lohnes' wife is currently on a ventilator at Westchester Medical Center, and their baby is in the NICU at St. Vincent's. Doctors say it could be a month before the baby and mother are back home.

Spending his days going from St. Vincent's Hospital to see his son to visiting his wife who needs specialized care at Westchester Medical Center, Lohnes says his focus is not on how to pay for the thousands of dollars in medical bills, but on being there for his family.
Friends of the family have set up a GoFundMe page to help pay for medical bills.
