? The parents and widow of a 26-year-old man who disappeared from a Royal Caribbean cruise ship were in court Tuesday to battle over a settlement.

The parents of George Smith, who went missing on his honeymoon in 2005, are contesting a settlement between their son?s widow and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. They say Jennifer Hagel-Smith reached the agreement without their knowledge.

About $1 million could be at stake in the case, which is being heard in probate court.
