Police: 41-year-old man charged with fatal shooting of teen boy in Somers

ICE officials say Meza is a native of Chile and was in the country illegally.

Police say a 41-year-old man was charged in a shooting that killed a teenage boy and badly injured his mother and brother.
Fernando Jiminez Meza is accused of killing 15-year-old Michael Raimondi in his family's apartment in Somers back in October.
Police say Raimondi’s mother and younger brother were also shot but survived.
Jimenez is reportedly the boyfriend of the mother.
ICE officials say Meza is a native of Chile and was in the country illegally.
Meza was arraigned on charges of second-degree murder, attempted murder and assault.
