A Fairfield pub is shut down until Monday after allegedly violating COVID-19 regulations.
Police went to Brickyard Pub on Post Road Friday night after they say they received several complaints.
Inside they say they found many people gathered around the bar without masks.
Authorities say the restaurant was over its allotted 75% capacity.
The owner of Brickyard told News 12 that many people were gathered outside to limit the number of people inside.
The bar says it had bouncers working to try and control the crowd.
Going forward, the owner says hey will have a more strict plan to enforce the rules.
