The Brookfield Schools received another email bomb threat Monday following a similar message that was received Friday.
School was closed Friday as a result, but classes were not canceled Monday.
According to Brookfield police, there is no evidence to indicate that Monday’s email posed “a credible threat.”
In the wake of the latest threat, the district stepped up security with school resource officers patrolling the schools, and additional police on campus throughout the day.
