Police in Orange say a New Haven man is facing charges for lying about a hit-and-run incident.
Officials say 33-year-old Michael Graves told officers he was involved in a crash and that the other driver took off.
Police say the other driver involved provided photos and a surveillance video of the incident from a nearby business, contradicting Graves' story.
