Greenwich police are scrambling to stop a rash of graffiti vandalism before the next mark is made. After eight recent graffiti incidents from the east to the west side of town, police are cracking down by stepping up patrols. Graffiti markings, or ?tags? were found in and around schools and local train stations. Police say while some of the graffiti contains gang symbols, they aren't coming from national gang members. They believe kids are mimicking their insignias. Police are asking anyone with information regarding the vandalism to call them at 203-618-8308.
