The third Bridgeport police officer involved in a brutal beating caught on camera is reportedly not willing to accept a plea deal.
The Connecticut Post says Sgt. Clive Higgins' deadline to accept a plea deal has come and gone. 
They say law enforcement and court sources expect Higgins to be indicted by a federal grand jury and face trial.
Two other officers already pleaded guilty to charges for their role in the incident.
