A task force created after the Sandy Hook school shooting is recommending that state lawmakers help improve mental health services to children and young adults.
The panel released 47 recommendations yesterday for the General Assembly to consider when it reconvenes in January.
Twenty children and six adults were killed in the shooting in December 2012.
