Drivable scavenger hunt challenges the mind while raising money for charity

New Canaan-based Rock Paper Scissors Events was dedicated to in-person trivia events before COVID-19 forced its entire business model online.
Now, the company is offering New Canaan residents a 45-minute drivable scavenger hunt with half of the proceeds going to benefit New Canaan Meals on Wheels.
Organizers say it's a great way to see a new side of the town while providing a good challenge to participants.
“At the end of the hunt, you've got to solve an overall riddle. And it's great because some of the things are probably easier answered by the younger members of the family, some require the parents, and so it's good family teamwork."
Rock Paper Scissors is launching more scavenger hunts this week in Ridgefield and Bedford, New York. Tickets for the event are $10.
