The Milford Mariner didn't let a broken rib stop him from playing hockey last season. Lavallee earned a second team All-SCC selection in 2024.
The right wing was recently named to the honor roll at Foran High School. He also happens to be one of six siblings.
He's gearing up for the high school lacrosse season but wants to play college hockey while studying business.
He said Quinnipiac's national title run of 2023 really inspired him.
"Watching them was so much fun. I went to a few games this year. College hockey is so much fun, especially when it's in Connecticut. I just make sure in my school study halls to get all my work done so I don't have to do any extra work at home," Lavallee said.
