School officials in Woodbridge have started using Internet teaching technology in an effort to thwart a swine flu outbreak.
Amity Regional School Superintendent John Brady says an online educational system called Moodle is helping his school district deal with the H1N1 crisis. Moodle allows teachers to set lesson plans, teach and assign homework online to children who are recupertaing at home from an illness.
Brady says the staff at his three schools began training on Moodle earlier this week. The system will become operational next Tuesday.
