A Bridgeport man remains in police custody after allegedly holding his neighbor hostages for hours over the weekend.Police say the standoff started late Saturday night and continued until Sunday morning at a home on Atlantic Street. Authorities say the suspect was drunk when he broke into a neighbor's apartment, barricaded himself on the third floor and refused to leave. The standoff ended when the SWAT team broke down the door and forced the man to surrender.The suspect's identity has not yet been released.
