State to offer free shuttles, transit to state parks and beaches
Gov. Ned Lamont announced a pilot program Friday that will let residents get to the beach for free.

Park Connect offers free shuttles and enhanced transit service to state
parks and beaches on weekends and holidays.
The program is
starting Saturday and will run through Labor Day weekend. Lamont says it's part
of the state's pandemic recovery.
