Storm Watch: Heavy rain overnight transitions to heavy wet snow in some parts of CT
Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Steve Teeling says rain will be heavy at times overnight, and there will be strong winds picking up. The rain in Litchfield County will change over to a heavy wet snow late tonight into Tuesday morning.
