13-year-old student accused of putting toilet water in fellow student's drink
Police in Vineland say a 13-year-old student has been charged with food tampering, accused of putting toilet water in a fellow student's drink.
The city's juvenile unit was called Monday to the Sgt. Dominick Pilla Middle School on South Lincoln Avenue. The teen was arrested following an investigation.
Police also charged the teen with aggravated assault.
According to police, the teen was processed and released to the custody of a guardian pending further court action.
