Dozens of families are expected to attend Stratford Public School's inaugural Family Partnership Fair on Saturday.
The event is scheduled to take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. inside the gym of Stratford High School. Members from multiple school groups will be present, along with nearly 30 community organizations, including the Stratford YMCA, Sterling House and Bridges Healthcare.
Stratford Public Schools says the fair will provide old and new families in the district information about what services the town has to offer. It will help families in need of resources like child care, after school activities, food pantries and mental health services.
Organizers say the event will be more than just an information session. Families can also enjoy refreshments, music and a bouncy house outside the school.
Organizers are asking families to sign up for the fair in advance on their website.
