News 12's Sean McCabe is in Stratford as the wintry storm tapers off.
Snow totals in the town have reached 4 to 6 inches.
Plow trucks were making passes on the streets all morning, even on sidewalks.
However, drivers told News 12 they still had issues on the roadways, especially since heavy winds blew around the snow and caused very low visibility.
The snowstorm began to calm down in Stratford around 10 a.m. Snow totals are not expected to significantly rise any further.
