Police say they have extradited a suspect from California in the death of a 13-year-old Wilton boy in 2008.
Nick Parisot was killed when his dirt bike hit a rope tied between two trees near his family's home.
Police announced last month that they were arresting the boy, who is under 18.
They say the boy used to live in town and has been a suspect in the case for years.
He is due in court this morning.
