Pedestrians and drivers say they are worried that it's only a matter of time before someone gets hurt at an unsafe intersection in the Bronx.
Neighbors who live around Barnes Avenue and East 219th Street say accidents are common and that people recklessly speed through stop signs in the area.
There is a children's playground closeby on 216th Street, but neighbors say that doesn't stop drivers from speeding.
The Department of Transportation says no injuries or fatalities have been reported at the intersection.
However, neighbors say they want the city to be more proactive about the situation before it worsens.
