A Wilton man accused of murdering his neighbor has been found not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect, according to the state's attorney.
Police say Sebastian Andrews fatally stabbed his neighbor, Arinzechukwu Ukachukwu, on Partrick Lane in March 2023.
The stabbing marked Wilton's first murder in over a decade.
A hearing will be held to determine if Andrews will be committed to a treatment facility.
