A sidewalk near Grand Concourse is so severely cracked it sent one woman to the hospital.
A viewer reached out to News 12 with concerns about the corner of Walton Avenue and East 176th Street.
Residents in the area say they worry about large cracks and loose pieces of cement.
One Bronx woman, who lives a block away, says she fractured an ankle after tripping on the cracked walkway.
The city Parks Department says it will be looking into the issue.
