A Woodbridge brewery that sells a beer that carries the name and likeness of Mahatma Gandhi says it has received threats.
New England Brewing Company apologized earlier this week and posted on its Facebook page yesterday that Gandhi-Bot beer was intended to "include the things and people in the world that have inspired us."
Critics have said they are appalled that the likeness of Gandhi would be used to promote beer.
