Two people are recovering today after the car they were riding in plunged into the Noroton River early this morning.
According to witnesses, the car crashed through a guardrail on the Post Road near the Stamford-Darien border at around 1 a.m. The two were pulled from the water by people at a nearby restaurant who rushed out to help.
Police are investigating the crash. Both people in the car were taken to Stamford Hospital.
