STORM WATCH

Storm expected to bring between 4- 10 inches of snow to Connecticut

People charged with DUI may soon have to install blood-alcohol testers in their cars, even if they have never been convicted.
A new bill would require those charged with drunken driving to have an ignition interlock device installed in their car.
Ignition locks are currently only required after a first conviction.
The bill still needs Gov. Dannel Malloy's signature.
