Bridgeport police say they're searching for a man who led them on a wild chase throughout the area. The suspect wanted on possible drug charges crashed an SUV on Briarwood Avenue at around 10 p.m.

Bridgeport police say they're searching for a man who led them on a wild chase throughout the area.
The suspect wanted on possible drug charges crashed an SUV on Briarwood Avenue at around 10 p.m. Tuesday, police say.
According to authorities, the man then took off on foot.
News 12 Connecticut has been told that Fairfield police assisted in the chase.
